Reservations/Deposits

For most hotel reservations made more than 45 days prior to departure, a deposit in the amount of $100 per person is due to Fundays Tours at the moment of booking. The deposit amounts may change at any time without notice.

Hotel Package Changes

If the departure date is 46 days or more, there is a $50 per person fee for any changes, including name substitutions, made once initial payment has been received by Fundays Tours. If the departure date is 45 days or less, a change in departure date, hotel or number of travelers will be treated as a cancellation, and cancellation charges will apply. Name changes are subject to hotel acceptance and change fees.

Hotel Package Cancellation

For most hotels, a $100 charge per person will apply if the cancellation is made 45 days prior to departure. If cancellation is made 31-44 days prior to departure then a charge equal to 50% of package price will apply. If cancellation is made 30 days or less prior to departure then a charge equal to 100% of package price will apply. If final payment is not received 45 days prior to departure then Fundays Tours has the right to cancel your reservation, without refund of any deposits. Most discounted and/or special rates offered by hotels, are non-refundable once they are purchased.

Park Admissions Refund Policy

Once park admissions are delivered and client signs the acceptance form, tickets become non-refundable. As per Theme Park Attractions policy, park admissions are NON-TRANSFERABLE, MUST BE USED BY THE SAME PERSON AT ALL TIMES. VOID IF ALTERED.

Ground Transportation Refund Policy

Cancellations and changes made upto 48 hours prior of scheduled services are accepted without charge. A $25 service fee will apply for changes made afterwards. No refunds will be issued for No-Shows.
